User Guide
1. Select a product
After selecting the size, color, and quantity of your desired product, click [Add to Cart].
The selected product will be added to your shopping cart.
If you would like to purchase more than one selected item, please select [Quantity] and click [Modify].
2. Enter customer information and shipping address information
[Shopping Cart] Please check your order details on the screen.
If you have completed your purchase, please click [Proceed to checkout].
Next, you will be asked to enter your information such as your name and shipping address.
When you have finished entering your information, please click the [Next] button.
*This site uses an SSL server certificate from GMO GlobalSign, Inc. to encrypt communication information and certify the domain. Enjoy your shopping with peace of mind.
By registering as a member at the time of purchase, you will save yourself the trouble of entering information the next time you make a purchase.
If you are making a new purchase, we recommend that you check "Register as a member" in the member registration function field on the order screen and register as a member.
3. Decide on payment/delivery method
Please select from the following payment methods.
・Credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer
*The delivery company will be Japan Post.
When you have finished entering your information, please click the [Next] button.
4. Confirm order details
The final confirmation screen for your order will display the product price, consumption tax, shipping fee, (cash on delivery fee), and total amount.
After checking the contents, if you find any errors in your order details, please click the [Edit this order details] button to make the corrections.
To confirm your order, please click the [Confirm this order] button.
*Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it is confirmed.
*If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days after placing your order, there may be an error in the address you entered when placing your order.

You can choose from the following 5 types of payment:
■Credit card payment
You can choose the payment method: lump sum, installments, or revolving payment.

*When entering or transmitting your credit card number, it will be encrypted (SSL) so you can use your credit card safely.
*If the total purchase amount is 300,000 yen or more, we may contact you to confirm your purchase. Please be forewarned.
You can pay by credit card using the PayPal! Wallet service.
If you select "PayPal! Wallet" as your payment method when placing your order, we will send you a "payment procedure email" from PayPal! Wallet after your order with instructions on how to make the payment.
*Customers registered with PayPal! Wallet do not need to enter credit card information each time they make a purchase. *Even customers who are not registered with PayPal! Wallet can use it by entering their credit card information on the procedure screen.
■Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery, please pay the product price, shipping fee, consumption tax, and cash on delivery fee when the product arrives.
*If you would like to pay by credit card, electronic money (Quick Pay), or debit card, please contact us by email or phone as we will ship the item via Sagawa Express.
Cash on delivery fee: 260 yen (flat rate) For orders over 300,000 yen, a separate security service fee of 370 yen will be charged.
*If the total purchase amount is 300,000 yen or more, we may contact you to confirm your purchase. Please be forewarned.
■Bank transfer
Handling banks: North Pacific Bank
The transfer fee shall be borne by the customer.
·Payment will have to be made in advance.
In the case of bank transfer, please make the transfer within 7 days after receiving the "Inventory Confirmation Email". After confirming the transfer, we will ship the product.
Please place your order again.
The ordered products will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
The product will be shipped after the product reaches the head office from the physical store.
We will ship the product as quickly as possible from the day we receive your order until it reaches your address.
Please expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days after placing your order (in the case of bank transfer, after payment is confirmed).
*If you are dealing with a high-value item (approximately 300,000 yen or more), we will cover the shipping compensation .
■About shipping charges
Free shipping on all items
Returns and exchanges due to customer requests such as incorrect size will only be accepted if contacted within one week of delivery. (However, regarding snow goggles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at the customer's request.)
The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges. (Excluding support for defective products and wrong deliveries)
Please note that sale items and outlet items cannot be returned due to customer convenience. note that.
Exchanges for sale items for other sizes will only be accepted if the item is in stock.
In the unlikely event that the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us via email (info@hskiclub-shop.com).
For both regular price items and sale items, we will arrange returns and exchanges at our expense.
【remarks】
-If the manufacturer's product tag is damaged or lost, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
・Once a product has been used or worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, except for trying it on.
・To prevent accidents, we strictly decline returns via mail or Yu-mail.
-Customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges. (Excluding support for defective products and wrong deliveries)
[Regarding refunds]
We will transfer the amount to your designated account within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will stop charging your credit card.
Transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
The refund method for PayPal! wallet payments depends on the card company.
